Derived from my hometown landscape in South Texas, Nopales echoes organic structures within the native cacti. I wanted the structure to act as a scaffolding for light rather than hide it behind lamp shades. The technology behind LEDs is evolving and I wanted to provide a shape to present this. The bulbs can be adapted to the environment depending on design. In addition to the bulbs, the structure itself can be built for various uses and sizes. Floor lamps, wall sconces, candeliers, table lambs, Noplaes is only limited to the imagination.
